TRAINING

Security job by now is a specialized profession throughout the world. It is now recognize as an industry. The importance of training to acquire professional competency or specialization cannot be over emphasizing. The world has become competitive. Security profession is no exception. Only a trained man can meet the challenges of the day and face the practical world with courage and confidence. Training also plays a great part in motivating a person in fulfilling his professional commitment to his employer. The importance of training can therefore, never be over looked or taken lightly.
Keeping in view the importance of training, we have worked out a comprehensive training package for our personnel. The package includes theoretical as well as practical lessons – indoor, outdoor and on the job training (OJT). We take adequate care to develop the physical and mental faculties of our men and sharpen their intelligence level.

TRAINING FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURES

NEST has established training center at Purbachol, Narayangonj near Dhaka; we also have training facilities at Chittagong. The center is adequately staffed and organized in keeping with our won requirements of training as well as to train people for our clients if they so desire

Residential Facilities

Accommodate about 25 trainees at a time with necessary mess facility.

02 x Instructors are residing within the center building for constant watch on the trainees.

Training Classes

There are facilities of conducting indoor and outdoor training classes for 50 students at a time.

Training Aids

Center has the required training aids.

Recreational Facilities

The trainee can play indoor games during the leisure period.

BASIC TRAINING SYLLABUS

For fresh intakes we organize 15-20 days training covering the pre-set syllabus. During training we provide free accommodation and messing at subsidized rates. Following are included in the training syllabus (For new recruits)

REFRESHER TRAINING

Every six months we organize one-week refresher’s training for Guards and Supervisors. The aim is to revive the forgotten lessons and appraise the guards with ideas/developments in the field of security. Following are included in the refresher’s training

SUPERVISORS TRAINING

Security Supervisors are recruited with ex-defense forces background. They are retired non-commissioned officers of the defense forces. After recruitment we organize one week’s supervisors’ training for the security supervisors. The aim is to abreast them with the company rules and regulations, familiarization with the company, special training on security related matters and supervision of guard duties at different installation like factories, plants, banks, warehouse, hospitals, residents etc
