Major (Retd.) Mohammad Asheque Kamal is a goal-driven professional with more than 26 years of significant, progressive military and corporate security experience that is universally applicable to the Safety and Security Industry.
He is one of the few in Bangladesh and Global context who has experience of serving as Security Professional with Multinational Oil Expedition Company in an Insurgency Area.
In the Security Sector it is also rare to find someone like Major (Retd.) Asheque Kamal with expertise of serving as Security Officer at Sea and Airport in home and abroad.

Mrs. Anjema Banu is a Director of Networked Elements of Security and Trust Ltd. since 2011. Prior to that, She served as the Assistant Director of Ministry of Social Welfare, People’s Republic of Bangladesh Government for 27 Years.
During her service in Social Welfare Ministry, she held several responsibilities – such as government Rehabilitation center and hospital, Registration officer of social welfare Registration office, and Lecturer of the Social Welfare Academy.
Before her retirement from the government services, she served as the Assistant Director, of ‘Discipline and Punishment’ section of the head office in Directorate of Social welfare, in Dhaka.
Mrs. Anjema Banu has master’s & Bachelors (Hns.) degrees from Department of Political Science of Rajshahi University.
With her focus on business excellence and development, Mrs. Anjema Banu has played a significant role in shaping policy guidelines on matters relating to the Private security services industry. Her dynamic supervision at NEST has been pioneering for the industry.

Roksana Sharmin is a Finance director of Networked Elements of Security and Trust Ltd. a position she has held since April 2014. Prior to that, she served as Finance Manager of Relacom (Bangladesh) Ltd renowned Subcon in telecommunication industry.
During her service with Relacom (Bangladesh) Ltd , she held several executive and strategic responsibilities – such as Provided strategic and tactical leadership in the areas of accounting, Financial Reporting(internal & External),Business development, strategic planning, Auditing(internal & External),Investor relations and corporate communication. Coordinate the preparation, review and analysis budget and expenditure.
Before joining Finance & Account Section in Relacom (Bangladesh) Ltd, she served as an Assistant HR and Admin Manager of Relacom (Bangladesh) Ltd.
Roksana Sharmin has a MBA from East West university & BBA degrees from East West university. Apart from present professional affiliation with NEST,
Roksana Sharmin is synthetic in nature and progressive in her management, with 10 years professional experience in this industry.
